The Sting is a criminal movie of the 70s that received seven Oscars. The movie takes place in the 30s in America. Mafia, fraud, and cards – three words that fully characterize this film, a classic of the genre. The Sting is an interesting film with an unfolding plot where crime and fraud are perfectly illustrated. They were thriving at the beginning of the last century in America.
Johnny is the protagonist of the film who ripped off one of the members of a mafia clan, having no idea who he had fooled. But soon he found his mentor dead because the mafia decided to take it out on him. And then John went for help to New York to the most famous swindler, as well as his mentor’s friend. Together they planned a great fraud to avenge the Mafia tycoon for the death of his close friend.
